Reset password
Use the recovery code you saved from My Account. Each code works once. If you have not saved a code, contact your administrator for an account reset.
Create your administrator account
This is a one-time setup. Enter your existing site password, then choose your personal login. After setup, everyone signs in with their own username and password.

Save a recovery code now so you can use the Reset password tab if you cannot sign in. Creating a new code replaces your previous code.
Save this code somewhere private. It will only be shown here now, and it can reset your password once.
Add user
New users can use the planner and change their own password. Only the administrator can manage accounts. Share the initial password privately; users can change it in My Account.
Manage Users
Disabling an account ends its sessions. Resetting a password signs that user out. The administrator account stays active.
Saved campaigns stay in this browser and are separated by account. Use Export saved campaigns to move them to another browser.
